Are grapes better for our health?                       It is commonly observed that all fruits are beneficial for our health. They provide all possible vitamins,proteins and minerals.All either they are children or young and  old eat grapes with relish and joy.In Pakistan it is mostly found in Quetta,Chaman. It is found in many shapes and has many healthy effects. The ripen grapes upon the vine are really sweet in nature. This type is abundant in minerals,calcium and vitamin C.
                     The ripen grapes are useful for relieving in constipation. It is very re-known treatment. Its continuous use can make any urinate without any further problem. It reduces acidity.It also pushes out the sand or stone from kidneys.
                    It is a flashy fruit. Its digestion is very instant. It is one of eating habits that we must not drink water food and take fruits in the end.It becomes easy for mechanism of body.
