CARROT-Full of Vitamins Fruits and vegetables are essential part of man’s edible. We can not help our body keep fit without their assistance. Pulses are also used in our eating menu. Mutton, beef, chicken and fish are huge sources of body growth. We use many fibers and minerals for completing the deficiency in diet. Flesh is roasted, steamed and fried; some vegetables are baked or fried; but all fruits are eaten without bothering cooking. The fruit I must call it while say it is not a fruit but vegetable. Carrot is cooked as well as eaten like fruit. It may keep its more ingredients if not cooked. Thus it is a clear fact that it is a fruit almost. Man’s physique is easily affected by the viruses and viral disease. Anemia is a common disease in the places where hypertension is a bare fact.
